What we collect

• Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), travel dates and the content of your message.
• Booking data: if you book directly with us, we process the data needed to manage your reservation and to fulfil our legal obligations (e.g. guest registration under Croatian law).

Why we process it

• To answer your inquiry and manage your reservation (contract).
• To meet legal obligations (guest records, invoicing, tax).
• We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

Inquiry messages are kept for up to one year. Reservation and invoicing records are kept for the periods required by Croatian law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except service providers strictly needed to operate (e.g. hosting) and authorities where the law requires it (e.g. eVisitor guest registration). If you book via Booking.com, their own privacy policy applies to the data you provide there.

Your rights
