Check-in & check-out

• Check-in: from 14:00. Check-out: by 10:00.
• Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request — please contact us in advance.

Reservations & cancellation

• For direct reservations, the cancellation terms agreed at the time of booking apply. For reservations made through Booking.com, the conditions shown on the listing apply.
• Under Croatian law, guests must present a valid identity document at check-in for eVisitor registration.

During your stay

• Quiet hours: 23:00 – 08:00.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms.
• The pool is unsupervised — children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Liability

We are not liable for the loss of valuables not deposited with the reception, or for damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Guests are responsible for damage they cause to the property.
